I’m so glad you’re here!  Whether you are struggling to experience joy, dealing with anxiety or OCD, navigating relationship difficulties, in the depths of grief, going through transitions or curious how your past is impacting your present functioning, I believe that therapy can be helpful for everyone.  I’m passionate about helping you set aside shame to live a life of thriving!  I am committed to meeting you where you are, while holding hope for your growth and healing as we work toward your personal goals. I strive to help you process experiences and gain skills to feel better equipped to engage in whatever you are going through.  

 

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have been in the field for over a decade.  I work with adult individuals (18+), couples, and families in all stages of life.  I use principles from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and narrative therapy,  and work to customize evidence-based practices to meet each individual’s needs.  I believe in taking a collaborative, holistic approach to helping clients reach their goals.  I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that is warm and accepting as I help clients to grow, heal and thrive in their emotional, physical, relational and spiritual lives.  I am passionate about working with clients to identify and navigate their feelings and experiences in order to offer a path forward, always with compassion and grace.

 

I believe creating safety and trust in the therapeutic relationship is an important part of this work. My therapeutic style is warm and empathetic, working to gently challenge the areas of your life or thought patterns that are no longer serving you, while also maybe even offering a moment of laughter and lightness amidst  hard things.
